Some love stories start in unexpected ways, and Parlee and Ryan’s story is one of my favorites. These two first started out as friends living across the hall from each other. Over time, friendship turned into something more, and now they’re getting married this August. Getting to document this season of life for them has been such an honor.
We took their engagement photos in beautiful Hobble Creek Canyon at Jolleys Ranch, and spring absolutely showed up for us. Everything was green, fresh, and full of life! The perfect setting for these two and their sweet, effortless connection.
Parlee looked absolutely stunning, and together these two made every photo feel natural and easy. One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is getting to slow down and capture couples exactly as they are together, and Ryan and Parlee made that so easy. They spent the evening laughing, talking, and soaking in this exciting season before becoming husband and wife.
Hobble Creek Canyon is always one of my favorite Utah engagement photo locations because of how beautiful it gets in the spring. Between the mountain views, green fields, and gorgeous light, it creates such a timeless backdrop. Jolleys Ranch added the perfect variety to their session and gave us so many dreamy spring engagement photos.
I already know their wedding this August is going to be incredible, and I cannot wait to celebrate alongside them again soon.
