Mackenzie and Cameron’s November wedding at the University Club in Pasadena, California was a beautiful reminder that when a day is rooted in love and intention, everything falls perfectly into place.
Originally planned for May 2025, their wedding plans shifted unexpectedly in October 2024, moving the celebration to November 2024. Despite the change, every detail came together seamlessly creating a wedding day that felt timeless, elegant, and deeply meaningful.
A Classic Indoor Wedding in Pasadena
Their wedding took place indoors at the University Club of Pasadena, a venue known for its historic charm, refined interiors, and classic architecture. The perfect setting for a wedding inspired by Pride & Prejudice.
Mackenzie envisioned a day that felt romantic, literary, and timeless. Soft lighting, thoughtful details, and an intimate atmosphere brought that vision to life, evoking the elegance and warmth of a classic novel.
Pasadena City Hall Wedding Photos
One of my favorite moments of the day was walking over to Pasadena City Hall to take group and wedding party photos. The iconic architecture provided a stunning, old world backdrop that perfectly complemented the classic style of the wedding.
City Hall added a sense of grandeur and history to their gallery, creating timeless images that balanced beautifully with the indoor ceremony and reception.
An Intimate Ceremony After Sunset
Mackenzie and Cameron chose to have their ceremony after sunset, creating a romantic, candlelit atmosphere that felt quiet, emotional, and deeply personal. The timing allowed the focus to stay entirely on their vows and the moment they became husband and wife.
The ceremony was followed by special, heartfelt speeches that reflected their journey together and the love surrounding them.
A Celebration Filled with Joy & Dancing
After the ceremony and toasts, the evening transformed into a lively dance party filled with joy, laughter, and celebration. The contrast between the elegant, intimate ceremony and the high-energy reception made the night feel perfectly balanced.
A Wedding That Proved Timing Is Everything
Though their wedding timeline changed unexpectedly, Mackenzie and Cameron’s day was a perfect example of how flexibility and trust can lead to something even more beautiful than originally planned. Their November wedding felt intentional, calm, and full of meaning. Exactly as it was meant to be.
